Welcome to Oxford Mediation

Established in 2005, we are a group of experienced and independent dispute resolution professionals.

Each of us has been accredited by leading mediation training bodies in the UK and meets the Continuing Professional Development requirements of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) or Family Mediation Council (FMC).

We inform our respective practices by taking part in regular mentoring and group development sessions, both with each other and through contact with  professional colleagues across the mediation world.

As regulated independent practitioners, we are individually responsible for having a complaints procedure which meets the requirements of (as applicable) the CMC or FMC.

Meet the Team

Oxford Mediation mediators are experienced in helping people settle their disputes. They come from different backgrounds to (including legal, academic, engineering and a variety of business  experience) and have been accredited by at least one of the main mediation providers offering training. The mediators are insured, supervised and supported.
